About Founder
Mr. Makarand Shridhar Tasgaokar
Mr. Shashikant Shirkar, the visionary behind Bola Ki Rao, holds degrees in B.Com, D.B.M., and LL.B., and is pursuing a Ph.D. in Leadership & its Role in Ancient India.
With 37 years of distinguished service in the PSI cadre, Mumbai, and over 25 years of public service experience, he has contributed greatly to leadership, governance, and community development. His journey blends academic excellence and practical experience, inspiring the mission and values of Bola Ki Rao.
